Order

Kindly go through our order rules mentioned below before placing an order with us.

I. Know Your Order First (KYOF):

At Amazing Electronics, we always encourage our customers to follow the KYOF (i.e. Know Your Order First) Rule before placing an order. According to this rule, you should collect all the required product and/service information from the related product/service page before placing the order and take the right buying decision.

II. Pre-Paid and Post-Paid Orders:

Currently, we are accepting Pre-Paid Orders only. This means that we will start processing orders only after receiving the full amount associated with the respective orders. However, we offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) facility to accept Post-Paid Orders at some selected locations like Kanchrapara (KPA), Halisahar (HLR), Kalyani (KLY), and Naihati (NH) for some selected products like Pendrives, Antivirus, Memory Modules (RAMs), Keyboards, Mice, etc. if the total order value does not exist Rs.5,000 (i.e. rupees five thousand only).

III. Online and Offline Orders:

We accept both Online (i.e. via Website, App, Links, etc.) and Offline (i.e. via Phone, Office Visits, etc.) orders.

However, customers can enjoy some extra benefits for placing orders online as mentioned below:

1. Gift Cards: We offer compulsory Gift Cards for all online orders.

2. Faster Refund: Customers can get faster refunds for online orders.

3. More Payment Options: Customers can get more payment options for online orders.

IV. Change in Orders:

Generally, you cannot make any change in your order if the respective Order ID is generated.

In that case, you need to cancel the order first (which you want to modify) as per our Order Cancellation Rule mentioned below and place a fresh order again.

However, you can send us an order modification request anytime before the generation of the respective Order ID.

We also reserve the right to modify any order if the particular product goes Out-of-Stock even before we approve the order from our end.

In that case, we’ll get in touch with you to offer some alternative solutions and proceed accordingly.

V. Cancellation of Orders:

You can send us an order cancelation request to cancel your order anytime within the same day (i.e. on or, before 11:59 P.M.) to get the full refund for your canceled order according to our Refund Policy.

Payment

Kindly go through our payment rules mentioned below before making any payment to us.

I. Payment Options:

At Amazing Electronics, we provide our customers with multiple payment options as mentioned below.

1. Cash

We accept Cash Payments at our office and/ via our store representatives against proper receipts and other supporting documents (if applicable) for any amount NOT exceeding to Rs.49,999 (i.e. Rupees Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine only) from a single customer, on a single day, in a single transaction. You need to pay us all amounts greater than Rs.49,999 (i.e. Rupees Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine only) via Online or, Account Payee Cheques in favor of Amazing Electronics only.

2. Cheque

We accept Cheque Payments at our office and/ via our store representatives against proper receipts and other supporting documents (if applicable) for any amount. In case of cheque payment, you need to pay us via Account Payee Cheques in favor of Amazing Electronics only.

3. Online (Payment Gateway)

We accept Online Payments at our office and/ via our store representatives against proper receipts and other supporting documents (if applicable) for any amount. This is, by far, the most recommended payment method for us.

4. Bank Transfer (NEFT)

We accept Payments via Bank Transfer (NEFT) against proper receipts and other supporting documents (if applicable) for any amount.

5. Bank Deposit (Manual)

We accept Payments via Bank Deposit (Manual) against proper receipts and other supporting documents (if applicable) for any amount.

II. E.M.I. / Easy Finance:

Currently, we support the E.M.I. / Easy Finance option for all eligible Credit and Debit Cards.

III. Advance-Payment / Part-Payment:

We provide the Advance-Payment / Part-Payment facility to our Local and/Pick-Up from Store Customers.

To get this facility, the customer needs to pay us 50% of the Total Order Value (TOV) or, Rs.10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only), whichever is higher, as an Advance-Payment / Part-Payment at the time of placing the order, provided that the said customer has no previous dues/unpaid invoices with us at the time of opting-in for this facility.

Also, the customer needs to be agreed for paying the rest of the amount in full at the time of product delivery – no further part payment will be allowed.

If the customer fails to pay the rest of the amount in full at the time of product delivery, the product shall not be delivered to him/her, and no refund request would be entertained in that case.

However, we will keep the product booked for the customer in our store for the next 7 days within which the customer should collect the product from our store by clearing the dues/unpaid balances in full.

After 7 days, the customer will have no right to the product and the order will be deemed canceled without any refund.

IV. Fees and Penalties:

1. Cheque-Bounce Penalty: Rs.750/Cheque

2. Repeat Delivery Fees (Local): Rs.100/Attempt

All the cases of duplicate notes, cheques, etc., if found and traced, will be processed seriously in accordance with the law applicable.
